President and Chief Executive Officer, Charles Emond is responsible for setting the strategic direction of La Caisse and positioning the institution in Québec and international markets to deliver optimal performance for its depositors.

Vincent Delisle has been Executive Vice-President and Head of Liquid Markets since August 2020. In this role, he leads the teams responsible for public equities and fixed income, along with tactical asset allocation activities.

Ève Giard was appointed Executive Vice-President, Talent and Performance in February 2020. In this capacity, she oversees all functions related to human resources and development of the organization’s culture, to support La Caisse in achieving its objectives.

Emmanuel Jaclot is Executive Vice-President and Head of Infrastructure and Sustainability. In this role, he is responsible for La Caisse’s global infrastructure strategy and investments, as well as the organization’s sustainability activities.

Philippe Tremblay has been Executive Vice-President, Depositors and Total Portfolio since January 2024. He heads the Depositor Advisory Services, Portfolio Construction, Currency Management and Economic and Financial Analysis activities.

Sarah-Émilie Bouchard is Executive Vice-President, Global Strategy and Chief Operating Officer. She is responsible
