In 1965, the National Assembly of Québec adopted a law to create Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec. This law sets out:

Modern Slavery Statement

Pursuant to the Canadian Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act and the United Kingdom Modern Slavery Act 2015, La Caisse is publishing an annual report.


Measures on accessibility and integration for persons with disabilities

We have adopted an action plan to facilitate the integration of disabled employees into our teams and to improve accessibility to our working environments, in accordance with the Act to secure handicapped persons in the exercise of their rights with a view to achieving social, school and workplace integration (R.S.Q., chapter E-20.1).
