Leadership

Audrey Murray has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Commission de la construction du Québec (CCQ) since October 2023. With over 25 years’ experience holding collaborative leadership roles in complex environments, she was Deputy Minister of Tourisme du Québec. From 2018 to 2022, she was President of the Commission des partenaires du marché du travail (CPMT).

Over the course of her career, Ms. Murray has developed a deep understanding of Québec, built trusted relationships within her vast network and implemented innovative solutions in complex environments. Her strategic qualities, leadership style and expansive knowledge of the workings of government make her an engaged, engaging and unifying leader. She also acquired a deep understanding of economic development issues related to employment, climate issues and diversity. A seasoned manager, she has led the evolution and implementation of several public policies and legislative reforms with a high impact on Québec, as well as major technological transformation projects.

In addition to being a member of the Board of Directors of the CCQ, Ms. Murray sits on the Board of Directors of Tourisme Montréal as Co‑Chair. She also sits on the Board of Directors of Lauriers de la gastronomie québécoise. With 20 years of experience sitting on the Boards of several Québec organizations in the cultural and tourism sectors, she currently chairs the Board of Duceppe and co-chairs the Board of the Fondation Duceppe.

Ms. Murray holds a Bachelor’s in Political Science from University of Ottawa and a Bachelor’s in Law from UQAM, as well as completed the coursework for an LLM in Comparative Law from McGill University. She is a member of the Barreau du Québec.
