FAQ

Question

What is the best way to express my interest in doing an internship at La Caisse?

Réponse

The best way is to apply directly for the internship postings that interest you. You can include a motivation letter to specify what you are interested in based on the targeted teams.

What is the recruitment process for an internship at La Caisse?

Réponse

We use two processes:

  1. A traditional process: A posting for a defined internship.
  2. A “pool” process: A posting for several internship opportunities in the same field (e.g. a pool for investment internships, a pool for accounting internships). The posting will indicate when the “pool” process is used.

Your application goes through the following steps after submission:

  1. Evaluation by the university recruitment team.
  2. Invitation for a pre-selection video interview via the VidCruiter platform (optional step for some internships).
  3. Invitation to a selection interview with one or more members of the recruitment team.
  4. Presentation of an offer for an internship.

What is VidCruiter?

Réponse

VidCruiter is a video interview platform, where candidates can record themselves answering the questions indicated in the platform. These videos are used for pre-selection purposes.

Is there a deadline to apply?

Réponse

There is no deadline. We encourage you to apply as quickly as possible, as we remove internship postings once we receive enough applications.

When are internship opportunities posted?

We post positions in Corporate Services four months before internships begin. For the investment/fintech/accounting sectors, positions are opened eight months in advance.

Do I need to attach my transcript or a motivation letter to my application?
