We champion a culture of inclusion, free of any discrimination, and we formally adhere to the principles of diversity and equality in employment. We promote a program of equal access that is based on the provisions of the Act respecting equal access to employment in public bodies (CQLR c A-2.01).

We have adopted an action plan to facilitate the integration of employees with disabilities into our teams and to improve accessibility to our working environments, in accordance with the Act to secure handicapped persons in the exercise of their rights with a view to achieving social, school and workplace integration (R.S.Q., chapter E-20.1).
