OVERVIEW

This Committee submits human resources policies to the Board for approval and sees to it that these policies are implemented.

Mandate
Study human resources management guidelines and strategies, such as compensation and manpower planning policies, and submit them to the Board.

Examine the responsibilities of the members of senior management and ensure that succession planning mechanisms exist.

Develop the expertise, competency and experience profile of directors and submit it to the Board for approval.

Composition
Independent directors.
