Pierre Fitzgibbon is an experienced corporate executive and director with a background in the financial, manufacturing, health and telecom sectors. During the course of his career, he has acquired a solid understanding of various international markets and the Asian market in particular.

President and Chief Executive Officer of Atrium Innovations since 2007, Mr. Fitzgibbon has also worked with such organizations as the National Bank of Canada group, Telesystem group’s international operations, Domtar, Peerless Carpet Corporation and Price Waterhouse.

Mr. Fitzgibbon also sits on the Board of Directors of Transcontinental. He is a past chairman of the board of Cylis and a past director of several companies operating in the technology, telecom and financial services sectors. In addition, Mr. Fitzgibbon has lent his directorial expertise to a number of charitable organizations.

Mr. Fitzgibbon is a chartered accountant and a graduate of the Canadian Institute of Corporate Directors. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montréal and a Certificate in Management from Harvard.
