Profile
Louise Charette holds a master’s degree in business administration and a doctorate in mathematics. From 1981 to 2007, she occupied various management positions at the Commission de la construction du Québec, including Assistant Director General, Administration and Finance. In addition to her duties as Assistant Director General, she also headed the CCQ’s Investment Committee for more than ten years. Ms. Charette has worked for a number of organizations. She was a founding member of the Regroupement des femmes cadres du Québec in 1984 and served as Vice-Chair of the Société d’habitation du Québec from 1998 to 2002. Ms. Charette has been active with not-for-profit organizations for several years and sits on the Advisory Board of the Autorité des marchés financiers.
