SITQ: Office Buildings and Business Parks, Residential Buildings and Hotels
Specialized in investments, development, property and asset management of office buildings, business parks, apartment buildings and hotels. Its portfolio includes several prestigious buildings in Canada, the United States, Europe and Asia. SITQ owns over 215 buildings, particularly in large urban centres like Montréal, Québec, Toronto, Vancouver, Paris, New York, Frankfurt, London and Washington.
