• The Québec government , of which the Caisse is an agent.
• The depositors , mainly Québec public- and private-sector pension and insurance plans, whose funds are managed by the Caisse.
• The participants eligible for the depositors’ group pension and insurance plans.
• The publicly traded and privately owned companies in which the Caisse invests.
• The clients for which the Caisse administers or manages property, mainly in the real estate sector, but which are not depositors.
• The employees of the Caisse and its real estate subsidiaries.
• The partners it concludes investment agreements with.
• The suppliers of goods and services it deals with.
