The Basis for a Profitable Relationship

The business relationship between the Caisse and each of its depositors is defined in a service agreement, which specifies:

• The Caisse’s duties and responsibilities as a fund manager:
• Fund Management
• Advisory Services
• Reporting
• The depositor’s responsibilities with regard to its investment policy:
• Establish its investment policy in collaboration with the Caisse, while taking into account its long-term financial obligations and the level of risk it is prepared to assume with regard to the investments made by the Caisse;
• Communicate its investment policy and, if applicable, its updates to the Caisse.
