13F Reports – United States
Quarterly Reports to U.S. Authorities
Each quarter, the organization which regulates the securities industry in the United States, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), publishes an official list of all the companies or issuers targeted by Section 13 of the Securities and Exchange Act.
An investor must disclose the names of all the securities it owns of any issuer on this list, regardless of the number of securities owned.
At the end of each quarter, the Caisse provides the SEC with a 13F Report containing the list of all the issuers in which it has invested.
