Equal Opportunity for Everyone
The Caisse endorses the principles of employment diversity and equality. To offer equal employment opportunities to everyone, it has adopted an equal-access employment program based on the provisions of the Act respecting equal access to employment in public bodies.
The purpose of this program is to ensure better representation of five groups of people within the institution: women, handicapped persons, aboriginal peoples, visible minorities and ethnic minorities.
The resulting diversity will increase the pool of available resources and help the Caisse carry out its operations and fulfill its mission.
Diversity Enriches Us All
Caisse Statement on Equal Access to Employment
The Caisse constantly seeks new talent to remain competitive in the institutional fund management market. At the same time, it strives to secure the loyalty of the men and women who are the source of its success.
In this context, it is taking measures to promote equal access to employment and diversity at the Caisse.
The Caisse believes that talent knows no distinction related to race, colour, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, civil status, age, political convictions, language, ethnic or national origin, social condition or a handicap. It believes, moreover, that diversity enriches us all and that development of a culture of inclusion and non-discrimination is part of its corporate responsibility.
The equal access employment program adopted by the Caisse is based on the provisions of the Act respecting equal access to employment in public bodies. Its purpose is to promote better representation on its workforce of five target groups: women, handicapped persons, aboriginal peoples, members of visible minorities and members of ethnic minorities.
In this way, the Caisse wants to offer equal employment opportunities to all. It has also made a commitment to continue to integrate diversity and to make it a source of enrichment and pride for all its employees.
