Real Estate sector
The Caisse’s real estate sector is composed of Ivanhoé Cambridge and Otéra Capital. Ivanhoé Cambridge owns shopping centres, office buildings, multi-residential buildings, and other properties in several countries. Otéra Capital specializes in the financing of commercial real estate and manages a portfolio of first-ranking mortgages in Canada.
