An Act respecting the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec
In 1965, the National Assembly of Québec passed a law to create the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec. This law presents:
- The Caisse’s mission and governance rules;
- Organizations that can entrust the Caisse with their funds;
- Types of investments the Caisse can make in order to earn a profit on its depositors’ funds.
