A rigorous code of professional conduct for directors, officers and all employees of the Caisse
All members of the Board of Directors, officers and employees of the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec are required to comply with the most stringent rules of ethics and professional conduct:

- Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct for Officers and Employees of the Caisse (PDF 4,81 MB)
Additionally, each year, directors, officers and employees must certify in writing that they comply with the code pertaining to their functions. Finally, they are required to report any anomaly or deviation that they observe at the Caisse, with respect to either one of these codes. The Caisse therefore provides them with different means, including an ethics telephone line which is managed by KPMG.
