Compensation of Members of the Board of Directors
The compensation of the independent directors of the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec is determined by Order-in-Council of the Québec government. Under this decree, directors are entitled to receive base annual compensation and the payment of an attendance fee. In addition, the committee chairs receive, in this capacity, annual compensation.

Directors are also entitled to be reimbursed for their travel and living expenses, where applicable.
Compensation of the Chairman of the Board of Directors
Annual compensation of the Chairman of the Board is set at $195,000 by the Québec government. In addition, the Chairman is entitled to be reimbursed for hospitality expenses incurred in the performance of his duties – up to $15,000 per year.
