The RRQ primarily seeks to contribute to Québecers’ income security by providing for the payment of a retirement annuity. This plan, administered by the Régie des rentes du Québec, is mandatory for all active labour market participants and contributions paid into the plan are made by labour market participants and employers.

Commission de la santé et de la sécurité du travail (CSST)

The Fund finances in particular the compensation or rehabilitation of workers who have undergone a work-related injury. The Fund is administered by the CSST, and its financing is insured by the contributions collected from Québec employers.
Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ)

The Fund pays compensation of the necessary amounts in connection with road accidents and promotes road safety. This Fund is financed mainly by insurance contributions collected by the SAAQ for issuing drivers’ licences and vehicle registration.

The AMF must maintain a deposit insurance fund to carry out its obligation to guarantee and exercise its special powers. The premiums collected are charged to this fund as well as the amounts into which the Minister of Finance could pay. In the case of insufficient financial resources, the Minister of Finance could make advances himself to this combined income fund or even guarantee the payment of committments of the AMF. On February 1, 2004, the Régie de l'assurance-dépôts du Québec was absorbed by the AMF. - Fonds pour l'éducation et la saine gouvernance (education and sound governance fund)

This fund was created to carry out the AMF’s functions, i.e. to lend assistance to consumers of financial products and users of financial services, in particular by establishing educational programs in the areas of financial product/service consumption, by processing consumers’ complaints and by providing consumers with access to dispute resolution services. The FESG is multisectorial and targets all sectors of the AMF.
Survivor's Pension Plan Fund

The Survivor's Pension Plan is geared towards managerial staff in the public and parapublic sectors, Québec Court justices, general practitioners and dentists paid on a fixed schedule and members of the National Assembly. The Plan pays a monthly annuity to spouses and children of eligible plan members.
Régime complémentaire de rentes des techniciens ambulanciers/paramédics et de services préhospitaliers d'urgence (RRTAP)

La Financière agricole du Québec (FADQ)
