• Adoption of a Policy on Socially Responsible Investment in January 2005
• Endorsement of the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment on April 27, 2006
• Support of the Carbon Disclosure Project ensuring that companies are made accountable for greenhouse gas emissions on October 4, 2007
• Allocation of 3% of its payroll to employee training each year
