Compensation of Caisse Employees

The Caisse’s new strategic direction aims to generate consistent, long-term returns for its clients, the depositors. To help achieve this objective, the Caisse redesigned its employee compensation program.

In the second half of 2009 and early 2010, the Board of Directors and its Human Resources Committee thoroughly reviewed the Caisse’s compensation policy—particularly incentives—and implemented a new program for the future.
